Benefit in the Spotlight

From big health journeys to everyday lifestyle, some areas of healthcare are underserved – like going through the menopause, experiencing fertility treatment, men's health and having a baby. That’s why our benefit in the spotlight is Peppy, the first-of-its-kind app that gives personalised support to your people.

Peppy - why are we shining a spotlight on it?

Menopause, fertility, men's health, pregnancy and early parenthood are natural life journeys that can quickly become workplace issues. Without the appropriate support structure in place, all of these issues will soon have a direct impact on your people’s wellbeing, performance and engagement.

Peppy plugs the gaps in traditional healthcare by connecting users directly to highly-trained practitioners, giving them timely access to specialist support at the touch of a button, through a secure mobile app.

Peppy helps organisations improve their people's physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. This helps employers enhance the work experience and adds to the ability to hire and hold on to brilliant people.

Consultations can lead to recommendations, advice or further future consultations.

Peppy is not meant to replace a GP service for instance, however it is able to accelerate the pathway for employees to get the right treatment and support. The current waiting time for expert Menopause advice through the NHS is over 12 months - through Peppy you can speak to a Menopause (or any of the other areas) expert straight away.

Peppy are able to provide recommendation reports, home testing kits and expert advice to support people when they need it the most.
