Welcome to the April 2021 edition of the Orange Brand Services Ltd Pension Newsletter.

The Role of the Pension Governance Committee
We have in place a Pension Governance Committe whose aim is to ensure the smooth running of the pension scheme so that it continues to meet the needs of its members. The Committee also has a responsibility to undertake robust governance and to ensure that the scheme remains compliant with the ever-changing pensions legislation, including auto-enrolment and pension freedoms. It is also important that best practice is observed and this is evidenced to our members.
Roles & Responsibilities
We have formalised our governance process by creating a ‘Roles and Responsibilities’ document that outlines both this and the roles of the Committee members. If you would like a copy of this please contact the HR department.
